We offer several shipping options within the US on all orders. If you need something quickly, we offer expedited shipping see options below.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO military addresses for security reasons.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you place an order with us you will receive an email conformation with your order number and tracking information
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We use UPS and USPS for domestic Standard Shipping. Next Day and 2nd Day Air Saver orders are shipped and delivered by UPS.
To find out which carrier was used, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping email.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders placed before 9am MT are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends and/or nationally observed US holidays.
We make every attempt to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume during peak holiday seasons and storewide sales, orders may take 2 to 4 business days for processing.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on fulfilling it right away, so we are unable to accept changes to an order once it's been placed.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY TRACKING SHOWS ITS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER?
If your tracking shows that your order was undeliverable and is being returned to us, we can resend your order to the same or alternative shipping address with a second shipping fee. Please contact us if you need help.
MY PACKAGE SHOWS "DELIVERED" BUT I CAN NOT FIND IT.
We recommend the following:

Look for a notice of attempted delivery

Ask your roommates or neighbors if they accepted your delivery

Check again the end of the next day
