RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

SHIPPING

As a small business TOTTORI only accepts returns on eligible items within 10 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Any items received outside of the 10-day window or in non-returnable condition will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. No exceptions will be made.  Please keep in mind we only accept exchanges for the same item in a different size.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  Options are through USPS & UPS.  You do not need a return authorization, just ship your item to the following address:

PLEASE NOTE: You must include your invoice packing slip in your returned package in order to receive your refund or exchange.  This packing slip is included in your original package that you purchased & includes your customer order number & information.


WHEN DO I RECEVIE MY REFUND?

Your return will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your package. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email outlining the details of your return. Please allow your bank 10 business days to post the credit to your account or card.
WHAT IS A FINAL SALE ITEM?

Final sale includes: pajamas, jewelry, sale/discounted items, OS (one size) fits all clothing & swimwear.  Only one discount or giveaway code is applicable at one time. Offers may not be combined.

Tottori reserves the right to cancel any orders due to unauthorized use of the promotion, technical error or unforeseen problems.
